Returns
When returning products, please label them as "Returned Goods" and send them to the following address:
Bar Ilan 33, Bat Yam, 7, A 59584.
It is the client’s responsibility to arrange and cover the shipping costs for returns.
Defective Goods
If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by sending a clear photo of the defect to OrionsFactory@gmail.com. Once we receive the notification, you will be reimbursed for the shipping cost after providing a tracking number.
The product will be repaired within 7-14 business days after it arrives, depending on the type of repair needed. We will provide an estimated repair time upon receiving the defect details. Once repaired, the item will be shipped back via express mail (at no extra cost to you).

Sizing Errors
If a sizing error was made by Orion Jewelry, we will cover the shipping costs to return the product for resizing (excluding customs duties).
If the sizing error was made by the client, the client is responsible for returning the item and covering the associated shipping costs. A quote for resizing will be provided via email. The client may consult with us to decide whether it’s better to return the item for resizing or seek assistance from a local jeweler.
In case of sizing issues, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your product via email at OrionsFactory@gmail.com.
Wedding Proposals & Commissions
Special requests, such as wedding proposals and custom commissions, will be handled personally and may be subject to different terms. Please reach out to OrionsFactory@gmail.com for further details.
Post-Delivery Alterations or Changes
If you would like to make changes to your item after receiving it, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. You will be issued a quote for the requested changes. It is the client’s responsibility to return the item to the provided address and provide a tracking number. Once the item is received, we will complete the agreed alterations within the timeframe provided in the quote (varies depending on the complexity of the request).
Cancellations and Refunds
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the fact that our jewelry are made to order, refunds aren't full, and are given minus 5% off of the item's full price.
Refund on items made of Gold Items are given minus 12% off of the item's full price.
Refund is given excluding shipping fee.
If you are unsatisfied with the product for reasons not covered above, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your item. After this period, refunds will not be issued for gold or silver pieces.
Please let me know by email for us to reach an agreement, as my jewelry pieces are made to order and require a lot of effort from my side to make as well as materials, these elements will also be taken into considiration when refunding.
A refund will be issued only when a product was shipped back, recieved and inspected. I will notify you once recieved and inspected in regards to the refund %, this will also be discussed prior.
Please note that refunds for custom orders or special requests may vary.
Insurance for Gold Pieces
Our gold pieces come with a lifetime warranty. If anything happens to your piece, we will be happy to restore it to like-new condition. You are responsible for covering shipping costs, while the repair is on us.
Claims made outside of the specified timeframes will not be covered under this warranty.
Responsibility for Shipped Products
Once an item is marked as "Shipped," Orion Jewelry is no longer responsible for it during transit. No monetary changes can be made until the product has been received by either the client or Orion Jewelry.
