* Payment for Commissions is always done in 2 Installments. one to start working, the other at the end.
* The Innitial payment includes- Manual Sketching, Communication time, 3D Modelling work, up to 3 alterations of the model, and 6 renderings, Manual Work, a Silver Sketch prior to gold casting. (for Gold orders)
* When placing a commission we are building this together, you are part of the process and always updated in any changes, you and I work together and figure out the sketch, jewelry looks, gemstones, colors and any options you can think of or elements you want to add, I am very responsive and open and part of the innitial payment covers this time and experience as well.
* The Client is given up to 3 changes to the model before casting, any changes after will require additional costs that will be mentioned beforehand.
* The Client is given renderings of the commission before print for confirmation, up to 3 renderings.
*If you do not know the ring size, please let me know and I will help you out, you can also look at the measuring guide in my site.
* Plating is not recommended since it will wear off over time, commissions with plating will be given 1 free replate on me, however client will need to cover the shipping costs.
* All of my commissions are guarenteed and if anythign happens, please let me know and we will work to fix it with no additional costs apart from shipping costs.
* The second payment covers the gold casting, setting, polishing work, engraving, enameling and also covers the secured shipping- when the jewelry piece is ready (with a week advance notice) the client is obligated to pay the second installment within a reasonable timeframe for it to be shipped. without such payment- the commission will not be shipped.
* The client must do his/her due dilligence and pay any taxes or VATS related to the commission.
