Orders are shipped within 14-21 business days, due to handmade work. You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking number at the shipping day. Orders are shipped from Israel with registered air mail using a tracking code.
Shipping with regular registered air mail from Israel usually take 1-3 weeks. Express shipping takes 3-7 delivery days.
Delivery times are estimated, delay may occur by post, custom or holiday.

Return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the item.
Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging.
Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. As the item is safely returned to Orion Geek Jewelry, a refund will be made via PayPal, excluding shipping fee.

A custom order usually is devided to two payment installments, the first to start working, the other when thework is finished. In the process we offervarious sketches and 3D - Renders until we choose the perfect model for you.
We accompany you throughout all the way from the desgin to finished product and are taking all the steps alongside with you to provide you with the most high quality product.
We currently accept only custom orders made of 14K Gold.

Our Website is intended currently stricly for our main collections and all the products offered on it are made of 14K gold, while in our Etsy you can find the same pieces as here, as well as other Fanart of ours made of silver.
