It takes inspiration from Sylas's choker which features a dangling septum-like piece on a chunky silver metal choker with golden lines.
The gold in the ring is 14K Gold Plating. Or you can choose to have it in Solid 14K White Gold with 14K Yellow Gold plating for the stripes.
